Information you provide

When you use an appointment link, contact the shop or use the AI service advisor, you may provide vehicle information, contact details and a description of your concern. Do not enter payment-card information, passwords, medical information or other sensitive personal data into the AI advisor.

AI service advisor

Messages sent to the AI service advisor are processed through the OpenAI API to generate a response. The advisor is intended for vehicle-triage and appointment guidance. It does not perform an inspection, make a final diagnosis or create a binding estimate.

Analytics

The website may use analytics to measure page visits, calls and appointment-button activity. Analytics is enabled only when a measurement ID is configured.

Appointment providers

Online appointment booking may open a Tekmetric service. Information submitted in that booking flow is governed by the provider’s policies and TechPoint’s customer-service practices.
